- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★UPS is so lucky to have a store with such an amazing crew. When I dropped off a package i needed to ship for a client they were friendly and had great suggestions. The package I ended up shipping 2 day for a client was lost by UPS and the general number to call could not give me answers. I contacted the direct store I mailed it from (this one) and they made sure they would make it right. Dave ? Tracked the package with me and even though it was 5 days late he still remembered when I originally needed help tracking it. I called today to say that it was finally delivered and he instantly knew and resolved the issue the moment he picked up the phone. I will trust them with anything I have to ship out, even though I am from west hills it will be worth the trip for great customer service.
